Pomeranian Regional Development Agency Joint Stock Company as the Administrator of the Slupsk Special Economic Zone invites to the II joint tender which aim is to choose entrepreneurs who will receive permission to conduct a business activity within the area of the Slupsk Special Economic Zone in Subzone “Lębork” and will acquire the right to the property to conduct such business activity.

Invites to the II joint tender which aim is to choose entrepreneurs who will receive permission to conduct a business activity within the area of the Slupsk Special Economic Zone in Subzone “Lębork” and will acquire the right to the property to conduct such business activity.

Land properties are located within precinct no. 14 of the city of Lebork, in the area of streets of Wileńska, Graniczna, Korzenna, included in the settlement area "Lębork- East" (or. “Lębork-Wschód”), registered in the land register at number SL1L/00014914/4. The properties have development zoning for industrial and commercial purposes, according with the local zoning plan of the settlement area "Lębork- East" (or. “Lębork-Wschód”), approved in the regulation No. LX-514/2010 of the Lebork City Council of 10 November 2010 and changed in the regulation No. XXII-334/2016 of the Lebork City Council of 15th December 2016.

In the area of plots 299/8 and 282/13 there are overhead power lines located, including SN15 kV. Until reconstruction (eg. cable) of the 15 kV medium voltage line or its liquidation, near the line there is a restriction zone, including height of development and location of objects for human residence. The width of the zone is 14m – per 7m on each side from the axis of the energy poles. In the area of development height and location of facilities for human residence must be agreed with the specific owner of the medium voltage energy net.

The site is located in the archeological conservation zone. It is determined to conduct an archeologist supervision for all investments located within the zone during the excavations. In the end of which the site may be permanently invested.

The VAT 23% tax is excluded and shall be added to the net price.
Properties are free from all kinds of loads and third party rights.

Conditions to take part in the joint tender:

  1. The offerer shall purchase the "Specification of the terms of the tender". It can be obtained in the office of the Pomeranian Regional Development Agency Joint Stock Company every weekday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. after presenting the bank transfer confirmation of PLN 8.000,00 net plus 23% VAT (in words: eight thousands zlotys) being paid into the bank account of Pomeranian Regional Development Agency JSC, conducted in the Bank ALIOR BANK S.A. 07 2490 0005 0000 4600 5060 1029
  2. Detailed information regarding the tender can be obtained in the office of the Pomeranian Regional Development Agency Joint Stock Company every weekday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m (tel. +48 59 840 11 74).
  3. Submitting a payment of the deposit until 10 September 2018 in the form of cash deposit in the above-specified amount to the account of the Municipality of the City of Lębork, bank account no. 04 2030 0045 1110 0000 0220 5910 Bank Gospodarki Żywnościowej BNP Paribas S.A., the payment should be on the Municipalitiy’s account not later than 10 September 2018.
  4. Offers in closed envelopes shall be submitted at the office of PRDA in Slupsk until 15.00 on 14 September 2018. The opening will take place during the open part of the tender on 17 September 2018 in the room 101 of the Office of the Municipality of the City of Lębork at 10.00.
  5. Offers shall be evaluated based on the criteria set out in the "Specification of the terms of the tender ".
  6. Offered purchase price cannot be lower than the asking price plus the minimum 1% bid increment.
  7. The date of the signing of the notarial deed with the tender’s winner will be notified no later than in 21 days counted from the date of tender. The appointed date shall be not less than 7 days from the date of service of the notarial deed.
  8. The deposit paid by the offerer who wins the tender is included in the sales price. The other tender participants the deposits will be returned within 3 days after the tender closing. In case of repeal of the contract of purchasing the property by the successful tenderer or to withdraw from the tender before its end, the paid deposit shall be forfeited.
  9. The buyer shall bear the notarial and court-related costs regarding the contract of sale.
  10. The purchase price of the property fixed during the tender is payable no later than the notarial deed.
  11. Tender participants will be notified about the result of the tender within 3 days from closing date of the tender.
  12. To join the tender will be approved single or legal personalities that pay the security deposit by the deadline, they will appear at auction in person or on their behalf they appear their representatives, who present a relevant power of attorney prepared in the form of a notarial deed or other form of proof of conformity of signatures by a notary and in the case of legal persons further documents prescribed by law, entitlement to participate in the tender, the tender committee shall submit proof of identity.
  13. Tender Committee shall have the right to cancel the tender, without selecting any of the offers.
