2017.12.18 - Invitation to negotiation to conduct a business activity in SSEZ

Pomeranian Regional Development Agency Joint Stock Company announces an invitation to negotiation, whose aim is to choose entrepereneurs who will receive permission to conduct a business activity within the territory of the Slupsk Special Economic Zone. Negotiation will be held on 28th December 2018.

on the basis of the Decree of the Minister of Economy and Labor of 15th November 2004 (Journal of Laws 2015, item 2064) regarding tenders and negotiations as well as the intentions evaluation criteria concerning business activities to be taken by entrepreneurs within the area of the Slupsk Special Economic Zone announces an

INVITATION TO NEGOTIATION

whose aim is to choose entrepreneurs who will receive permission to conduct a business activity within the territory of the Slupsk Special Economic Zone.

Taking part in the negotiations is conditioned by the following:
- purchasing the "Specification of the essential conditions of the negotiation",
- making of a written offer containing conditions of the intended enterprise within the zone until 27.12.2017 at 12.00 p.m.

Entrepreneurs who have made a single purchase Specification are exempted from the obligation to purchase.
Offers should include all the elements mentioned in the "Specification of the essential conditions of the negotiations". The evaluation of the business enterprise presented in the offer will be conducted on the basis of the criteria in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Economy and Labor dated 15th November 2004 (Journal of Laws 2015, item 2064)

Negotiations will be held on 28.12.2017 at 12:00 p.m. in the office of the Pomeranian Regional Development Agency JSC.

The "Specification of the essential conditions of the joint negotiations" can be obtained in the seat of the SSEZ every weekday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. after presenting the bank transfer confirmation of 8.000,00 PLN net plus 23% VAT (in words: eight thousand zlotys) being paid into the account of Pomeranian Regional Development Agency JSC conducted in the ALIOR BANK S.A. 07 2490 0005 0000 4600 5060 1029

The Administrator of the Zone reserves the right to cancel the tender without selecting any of the offers. This announcement is published on the website of the Slupsk Special Economic Zone in Polish and English languages.
