The Pomeranian Regional Development Agency Joint Stock Company with registered office in Słupsk was appointed as the Administrator of the Słupsk Special Economic Zone by government order on 9 th September 1997. (Dz. U. Nr 135, poz. 905 z późn. zm.).

The main stockholders of the Pomeranian Regional Development Agency Joint Stock Company are: Pomerania Region, the Municipality of Słupsk, State Treasury, the Municipality of Koszalin, the Commune of Słupsk. The Initial capital of the Pomeranian Regional Development Agency Joint Stock Company is 29.036.600 PLN.
